FIELD: chemical technology, inorganic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous suspension of zinc oxide at weight ratio ZnO : H2O = 1:(1-3) followed by its addition to phosphoric acid at specific rate 400-8900 kg Zn/m3H3PO4 x h at 50-80 C. Then reaction mixture is kept at stirring for 10-120 min and nitric acid is added at specific rate 80-2500 kg NO3/m3 pulp x h at 50-60 C followed by exposition at stirring for 10-60 min.
