FIELD: production of phosphating concentrates for automobile industry, mechanical engineering for application of phosphate coats before application of paint-and-varnish coats. SUBSTANCE: method includes mixing and treatment of zinc-containing raw material by phosphate- and nitrate-containing components; used as phosphate reagent is zinc monophosphate at the following ratio of components: Zn:P2O5:H2O = (0.8-1.2) : (2.5-2.9) : (3.17-4.4) and manganese phosphate at the following ratio of components: Mp:P2O5:H2O = (0.95-1.09) : (3.28-3.77) : (8.38-9.4); used as nitrate-containing raw material is nitric acid introduced at rate of 8-15 kg/cu.m.min. Process is conducted at presence of fluosilicic acid and sulfate hydroxylamine.
