FIELD: repair-reclamation treatment of surfaces of machine parts made from high-temperature alloys. SUBSTANCE: concentrated fluxes of energy are used to remove protective coats damaged in operation and completed their service life. Process provides for following operations: removal of damaged coats, cleaning of surfaces by its machining with concentrated flux of energy of charged particles of nanosecond duration with energy density in beam in range from 0.1 to 30.0 J/sq.cm with pulse frequency repetition 1.0-80.0 Hz and subsequent thermal treatment of parts at temperature of operation of article. EFFECT: increased capability of process to rebuild operational properties and modify physico-chemical state of surface layers of articles. 1 tbl
