FIELD: refrigerating engineering. SUBSTANCE: preset temperature is stabilized inside cabinet being thermostated; heat or cold is removed from this cabinet through external radiator of thermal energy source of cooler (heater) directly into outside atmosphere and additionally through surfaces of cabinet parts located inside and outside. Then temperature in room where this cabinet is located and outside temperature are measured and compared with preset temperature inside cabinet and their difference are determined, then modulus of determined differences are obtained and their values are compared. According to results of comparison, removal of heat or cold from cabinet is regulated through displacement of cabinet relative to boundary between room and outside atmosphere. System includes temperature-controlled cabinet, temperature regulator for control of temperature inside cabinet provided with temperature setter, thermoelectric battery, outside atmosphere sensor, room temperature sensor, two shapes of modules of difference between outside atmosphere temperature and room temperature and temperature inside cabinet, three subtracting gates and device for displacement of temperature-controlled cabinet.
