FIELD: refrigeration engineering. SUBSTANCE: measured is the temperature inside the refrigerator (heater) and outside atmosphere outside the room in which the refrigerator (heater) is installed. The preset temperature inside the refrigerator (heater) is stabilized by means of a thermoelectric battery; the stabilization control signal is produced according to the difference between the preset temperature and the temperature measuring inside the refrigerator (heater). At fluctuations of the temperature of the outside atmosphere the control signal is corrected by thermoelectric battery, heat or cold is abstracted from the refrigerator (heater) through the thermoelectric battery directly into the atmosphere. The control system has a temperature setter in the refrigerator (heater), two adders, amplifier-converter, thermoelectric battery with an external radiator, temperature-sensitive element in the refrigerator (heater), outside atmosphere temperature-sensitive element and a scaling low-frequency filter.
