FIELD: multi-chamber apparatuses for dehydration of carnallite in fluidized bed. SUBSTANCE: apparatus comprises rectangular housing with transverse partitions dividing it into chambers. Transverse partitions are provided with drain holes for flow of material. They are provided with gas distributing grids forming under-grid and above-grid cavities in chambers. First chamber is provided with loading device and last chamber is provided with overflow lip. Provision is also made for transverse partitions which divide above-grid space of second and subsequent chambers into sections. They are provided with overflow holes located at gas-distributing grids. Lower edge of each subsequent drain hole (in way of motion of material) is below previous one for flow of material from chamber to chamber. Ratio between distance from gas-distributing grid to lower edge of drain hole communicating the cavities of above-grid spaces of first and second chambers and height of overflow lip is equal to 1.2-2.5. Total area of lower overflow holes in each partition reduces in way of motion of material from chamber to chamber at ratio of 1.2-2.5 between first partition of second chamber and last partition of last chamber. Height of partitions dividing above-grid space of chambers into sections exceeds level of overflow lip by 2-5 times. Total area of drain holes communicating adjacent chambers ranges from 2 to 15% of area of cross section of chamber at level of overflow lip. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
