FIELD: thermal equipment using resistive heating in various industries. SUBSTANCE: furnace comprises casing, lining made in the form of plates manufactured from solid fibrous materials and located perpendicularly to walls of casing, stacks made from soft fibrous materials and heaters with attachment units for securing them to plates. To reduce accumulating ability and thermal losses, plates made from solid fibrous materials ate provided with through holes. Each plates is mounted in such position that rear end wall of plate and surface of casing form a cavity. Stacks made from soft fibrous materials are located in cavities and in through holes.
