SUBSTANCE: hydrodynamic hollow-charge device includes bolt and barrel where pressure accumulator in the form of powder charge with means for its initiation and piston are arranged in series. Chamber filled with propelled liquid which has hollow-charge recess is formed by means of conical insert. Volume of liquid is separated by membrane from space in front of piston. With initiation of powder charge piston is accelerated in leading part of bore. Sock wave which interaction with conical recess leads to formation of high-velocity jet of liquid propelled in direction of object is generated in liquid by interaction of piston with volume of liquid through membrane.
