FIELD: medicine, immunology, pathological anatomy. SUBSTANCE: method involves staining necrosis foci in histological slices followed by selective detection of pregnancy-associated α2-glycoprotein accumulating in necrosis focus tissue. Detection of this protein involves immunohistochemical method using primary antibodies raised to α2-glycoprotein at concentration 8-10 mcg/ml. EFFECT: increased precision of necrosis detection.
