FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out rehydration of histologic sections and removing paraffin residues, blocking endogenous peroxidase and then carrying out nonspecific sorption of immunoglobulins, treating the histologic sections with primary antibodies followed by their incubating with secondary antibodies, treating with avidin - peroxidase complex, detecting peroxidase activity, dying and detecting proteins by gold brown color being available. Polyethylene glycol 6000 is added to primary antibodies solution to achieve end concentration of 5% before treating the histologic sections with primary antibodies. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of diagnosis based on bioptic histologic sections or mammary gland cancer operation material.
