Pregnancy-associated alpha2-glycoprotein detection is carried out by means of immune histochemical reaction with primary antibodies used against pregnancy-associated alpha2-glycoprotein in 8-10 mcg/l concentration. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of prognosis.
