FIELD: conversion technique. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of forming two timing intervals, having the same duration, equal to a period of switches Tsw, commutation, being no more, than a half-period of mains voltage. Each timing interval is formed by three time intervals with variable durations, whose sum is equal to the period of the switches commutation. According to such method a relation between the time intervals is determined by an identity Tsw= 2(α1+α2)=β1+β2=2(γ1+γ2),, where α1 and α2 -duration values of first time interval in the first and second timing intervals respectively; β1 and β2 duration values of second time interval in the first and second timing intervals respectively; γ1 and γ2 duration values of third time interval in the first and second timing intervals respectively. That provides symmetrical formation of booster voltage relative to the mains voltage with in an increase of a modulation frequency of the booster voltage. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of controlling. 1 cl, 4 dwg, 1 tbl
