FIELD: manufacture of alloys for magnetic cores, pole shoes of rotors and stators of electrical machines, telephone membranes, etc. SUBSTANCE: magnetically soft alloys having saturated inductance of 1.5-2.4 T are produced using electrolytic iron as basic alloy obtained by no-water electrolysis at 500-750 C, current density at anode of 0,2-0,3 A/cm2 and at cathode, of 0,9-1,5 A/cm2, followed by roasting in hydrogen at 850-890 C for two hours; this alloy is used as base for producing alloy 3KYuKh-VI which is then subjected to sheet-bar forging, etching, hot rolling, normalizing, cold rolling, and vacuum annealing. EFFECT: improved physical and chemical properties of alloy due to reduced coercive force. 3 tbl
