SUBSTANCE: device has bed 8, pressing rings 1 with clamping members 7 and 9 for mounting and clamping bearing housings and bed 8. Inner diameter of stator core is Dki. In addition device has fixing members 2 and stator sheets 3 which have n corners along their outer shape and are built in elementary packets 4, 5, 6, which sides have matching outer shape. Adjacent elementary packets are turned with respect to one another in tangential direction by angle α = 2πK/Z, where K is integer, z is number of slots for winding. Packets provide tooth-shaped outer profile. External sides of each elementary packet are point-wise connected to external sides of adjacent elementary packets. Connection points are located on coaxial circles which diameter is Di. Outer diameter of pressing ring 1 which is adjacent stator core is in range of Dke≅ Dmax. Outer teeth 7 and 9 are provided on pressing rings 1, are spaced by given distance from extreme elementary packets 4 and are located in regions of extreme elementary packets 4. Inner diameter of teeth profile of pressing rings 1 conforms to condition Dkzi≅ Dmax, outer diameter conforms to condition Dkze≅ De, number of teeth is equal to n = m+r, where m = 2, 3, 4, ... is number of teeth, which outer diameter is Dkzem. Said teeth serve as mounting members for mounting and fixing bearing housings, r = 1, 2, 3, .., is number of rack teeth 7 which inner diameter is Dkzer.
