SUBSTANCE: stator core has pressure rings, core stack, and hold-down members for fixing stator core; core stack is formed of elementary stacks built up of n-angle sheets whose angle parts are rounded off; stacks are tangentially shifted to for(a segment slots arranged tangentially, with their external profile formed by diameter arcs and internal chords and width are formed by external sides and width of elementary stacks; the latter are placed in frame with external longitudinal ribs; tangential segment slots are filled with frame structural material; frame, slots, and pressure rings are built integral to form, respectively, triangular and tangential internal segment ribs of frame.
