FIELD: agriculture; may be used in feed mill industry, animal husbandry and plant growing. SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing raw material of animal and vegetable origin with additional vegetable components. Then mixture fermentation is carried out at temperature 20-38 C for 28-48 h. Fermented mass is thoroughly boiled at temperature 75-85 C for 5-15 min. Boiled mass is molded up to receiving liquid fraction and pulp. Fat is separated from liquid fraction and treated vegetable oil is added to it in amount of 10-90% from total mass, heated at temperature 50-90 C and aged for 30 min. Preservative is added to fat-free portion of liquid fraction, cooled and frozen. Pulp is dried up to 10% of mass part of water, ground and sifted. Used as additional vegetable component is waste of algae. EFFECT: higher efficiency.
