FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to a method of producing a protein-mineral additive. Method is characterized by that fish and head interiors taken at ratio of 30 % and 70 %, respectively, are washed with water t=12 °C for 1 hour, then after flowing water is ground in grinder with diameter of holes 3 mm. After grinding, the mass is dried in a convection drier with UHF heating at temperature of 45 °C and air speed of 1 m/s during 165–195 minutes. Dried mass is ground at hammer crusher to powder with particle size from 0.01 to 0.1 mm and packed into polymer bags.
EFFECT: use of the invention enables to preserve biological active substances in the end product.
