FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fishery industry and may be used for preparation of fodder products for feeding animals, in particular - fish. Under the method proposed fish and algal raw materials separately undergo milling, thermal treatment and fermentation; after that they are mixed and dried. Fish raw materials thermal treatment proceeds at 40-50°C during 5-10 min. Algal raw materials thermal treatment proceeds at 70-80°C during 10-20 min. Fish and algal raw materials fermentation proceeds at 30-45°C during 1-2 hours. For fermentation of fish and algal raw materials insides of respectively predatory and plant-eating fish are used. Fish and algal raw materials having undergone fermentation are mixed and thoroughly agitated to produce a uniform mass. Drying proceeds at 45-50°C until the product's residual moisture content is no more than 10%. Fish insides are used for fermentation in an amount of 2-26% of the raw material total weight.
EFFECT: method enables production of a multi-component biologically valuable fodder product balanced in terms of chemical composition depending n the fodder product purpose.
