Internal working member is made concave for catching the tip of patient's tongue. Lower part of this member surface has hollow for arrangement of medicinal and other preparations. Connecting member is made flat with lowering step on the side of fastening of internal working member and with ribbed upper and lower surfaces for interaction with external limiting member. Device may be provided with auxiliary limiting member. External and auxiliary limiting members may be manufactured concave towards internal working member.
