FIELD: mineral products dressing by a flotation methods. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents an aeration assembly of a floatation machine, that may be used for mineral products dressing by a flotation methods in metallurgical, mining, chemical and other industries. Technical result - decrease of a power consumption necessary for aeration of a unit of volume of the pulp. The aeration unit has an aeration pipe to supply air and mounted on it the lower cone-shaped impeller with its small base downwards, which is in the form of a blank disc with radial channels in its body for air supply, that are passing in the slots available in the radial vanes, located between the lower disc and the upper concentric ring. The circumscribed lateral surface of blades is in the form of a truncated cone. The lower impeller is put in the stator made in the form of a ring with radial vanes and mounted on a benthic plate with a central hole. In the middle part of the aeration pipe above the cone-shaped impeller there is a radial impeller made of the top and bottom concentric rings. Between top and bottom concentric rings the plugged radial vanes are mounted. The impeller is fastened to the aeration pipe with its lower part through spokes, and the upper ring has a clearance between the shaft and an internal circumference of the ring and is fixed to the vanes. The distance between the stator and the upper impeller is regulated depending on density of the pulp. EFFECT: the invention allows to decrease power consumption per a unit of the pulp volume. 3 dwg
