FIELD: concentration of minerals by floatation method; metallurgy; mining, chemical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: proposed aeration unit has shaft with two radial impellers mounted on it, two additional impellers mounted in stators and disperser. One impeller is located between lower and upper radial impellers and second impeller and disperser are located above upper impeller. Mounted on bottom of machine coaxially relative to shaft at spaced relation is near-bottom plate for suction of pulp; said plate is made in form of disc with central hole; it includes pulp flow guide and extension piece made in form of two half-rings where lower impeller is placed either partially or fully.
