SUBSTANCE: culturing of vaccine strain 55-BHIIBBiM is carried out on liquid sporulation-growing medium containing yeast extract, peptone, potassium hydrogen phosphate, calcium chloride, zinc sulfate, copper sulfate, iron sulfate, ammonium sulfate and water (pH = =7.2 ± 0.2). Strain is cultured in reactor for 23-25 h being the first 17-19 h under aeration maintaining the rate of oxygen dissolving in medium 5.5 ± 0.2 mM/h. Carboxymethylcellulose sodium salt is used for spore concentrating that is added to suspension up to concentration 0.2-0.3%. Settling is carried out for 23-25 h at 0-25 C.
