FIELD: internal combustion engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: rotation speed controller has differential reduction gear 2 whose input link is coupled with the shaft of engine 1, electric generator 3 whose rotor is connected with the first output link 4 of differential reduction gear 2, and control unit 5. Second output link 6 of differential reduction gear 2 is coupled with batching rack 7 of fuel pumps. Spring 8 is interposed between the housing of engine 1 and batching rack 7 for permitting transmission a force to rack 7 to decrease the fuel flow rate. Actuating winding of generator 3 is connected with the analyzer of frequency of the control unit through buses for power supply to control unit 5. The exiting winding of generator 3 is connected with the voltage shaper of control unit 5 through disconnecting device 9. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 2 cl, 1 dwg
