FIELD: heating and cooling engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has cylindrical housing and axially alined rotor. In the longitudinal direction they are conventionally divided into two portions: compression and expansion ones. On the inner side of the housing are corresponding passageways of gas distributing system. The rotor is provided with through diametrical bores for compression and expansion cylinders that are arranged at 90° to each other for permitting synchronization together with the double-sided pistons received in them and eccentric shaft. The housing is covered with end face covers. The edge of the end faces of the rotor bear on the central projection. The eccentric shaft passes through the covers with a shift with respect to the axis of the rotor. The eccentric shaft has two eccentrics on which compression and expansion double-sided pistons are freely mounted. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
