FIELD: transport engineering; ground and air conveyance.
SUBSTANCE: proposed rotary internal combustion engine has body with triple top epitrochoidal space, shaft with eccentric, oval rotor consisting of half-oval piston and half-oval gas distributor, two cylindrical synchronizing gears, end face covers and radial seal. Oil control rings are installed at rotor end faces, and end face seals consisting of oval rings equidistant to radial surface of rotor and corrugated springs are installed over periphery. Rings are made narrowing in radial direction and expanded by corrugated springs to periphery of rotor. Radial seal is furnished with end face locks with corrugated springs pressing the locks to end face covers. Shafts is made eccentrically cranked, synchronizing gears have ratio of diameters 2:3. Smaller synchronizing gear is provided with gear hub and welded-on sliding bearing and it is fitted on shaft crank journal.
EFFECT: increased reliability and service life, provision of increase of shaft speed, reduced overall dimensions and mass of engine at increase of its power output.
