SUBSTANCE: device has special-form current generator, which supplies coil of eddy-current pickup, and gate connected to coil and designed to remove information signals from the latter. Current generator and gate are controlled by clock-pulse generator. Operation of current generator and gate is synchronized so that gate opens during time intervals when self-induction electromagnetic force in pickup coil equals zero. Signals from gate output arrive at input of filter the configuration of which (low- or band-pass) depends on measurement task. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measurement. 2 cl, 2 dwg
