FIELD: cleaning and concentration of radioactive wastes. SUBSTANCE: device has source tank for liquid radioactive wastes, coagulator, filler filter, cationite and anionite ion-exchange columns, electrolyzer installed on drain line of acid reagents downstream of cationite-containing ion- exchange column, neutralizing tank, evaporator, and gas-cleaning system. Electrolyzer is provided with electrode chambers separated by anion-exchange diaphragm, pulsation chambers communicating with electrode chambers, partition, an bottom. Partition is installed in electrolyzer between electrode chambers and bottom and incorporates one valve under each electrode chamber installed coaxially to each electrode and at least two nozzles on either side of each electrode in location areas of electrodes in electrode chambers and parallel to plane of anion-exchange diaphragm. Usually, equal number of nozzles are arranged on either side of each electrode. EFFECT: improved capacity and simplified design of device, improved economic efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
