Second grid electrode forming electroluminescence zone together with first grid electrode installed in center of detector interior is arranged on inner surface of output window having diameter dout and rigidly fixed with this surface; distance Rx from detector axis to inner surface of case in each sectional area at distance Hx from input window specified by expression Hf≅ Hx≅ H∂,, where H∂ is detector height, and Hf = hf + Δ, where Δ is gap between focusing electrode and input window, is found from condition and monotonously goes down with Hx which dictates conical shape of this part of case.
