FIELD: the proposed invention refers to gas proportionally-scintillation detectors designed for registration of ionization radiation particularly in arrangements of nuclear-physique analysis of a matter composition.
SUBSTANCE: a gas proportionally-scintillation detector has a cylindrical body, a focusing system consisting of focusing rings and the first and the second electrode grids, placed inside the body transversely to its axle, an input and an output windows located at the ends of the body, and a photo electronic multiplier. At that the body is fulfilled solid out of electro solid and vacuum-pure glass and has a well-shape unit of joining with the photo electronic multiplier, at the upper end inside the body at the upper part of the absorption zone there is a grounded cylinder out of electro conducting material installed on a flange with the input window and the second electrode grid is mounted on the low end in the joining unit in the low part of the absorption zone on a flange with the output window on quartz glass.
EFFECT: increases sensitiveness, improves energetic resolution and increases effectiveness of registration of ionization radiation.
