FIELD: power engineering; heat and power supply to local dwelling houses. SUBSTANCE: renewable energy source of 0.5 to 16 kW capacity converts wind, sun, or water energy into electricity which is continuously accumulated in storage battery and supplied to user. During minimal power demand and intensive energy radiated by source, with power plant generating 4 to 16 kW, electricity is fed not only to storage battery but also to heat storage; during non-intensive energy emission by source, with power plant generating 0.5 to 4 kW, electricity is fed to heat storage from storage battery; when storage battery and heat storage are fully charged, electric power is supplied to power plant. EFFECT: improved reliability of heat and power supply. 1 dwg
