FIELD: environment pollution control. SUBSTANCE: component for isolation of waste storage from ambient medium has apron made of two gas and water proofing sheets. These sheets are hermetically connected to each other over perimeter with formation of space between them. Space is provided with inlet opening made in one of apron edges, and outlet opening made in opposite edge of apron. Connected to outlet opening is at least one sensitive member. Aforesaid space between sheets is filled with gas and water permeable material and created in it is at least one passage which connects inlet opening with outlet opening.
