FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: instrument includes measurement wheel joined to base via separable axle, recorder and wetting system. Base is manufactured in the form of clamp made fast to handle in which recorder is located. Measurement wheel has hub put on axle for free rotation and turn with reference to axle. Base is provided with two cheeks with built-in bearing holders. One of cheeks has coupling composed of square and four cylinders to which mobile carriage with rope reeled on it is made fast. Rope is joined to dynamometric spring. EFFECT: simplified design, increased functional reliability and accuracy. 2 dwg
