FIELD: measurement.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to research metrological systems and makes it possible to measure traction characteristics of transport machine and tractor units. Measuring system comprises towing device, force-measuring equipment, hinged propeller shaft. Pulling link and hinged propeller shaft connects traction machine with towing device by means of pins. Pulling link is made in the form of cylinder and covered with protective housing, inside cylinder there installed are springs delimited by collar of barrel. Piston is secured at rod one end. On the traction machine and the towing device the force-measuring equipment is installed, which is represented by contactless velocity sensors, a potentiometric sensor, an acceleration sensor connected to the analogue-to-digital converter and a computer.

EFFECT: providing reliability of evaluation of determined characteristics of machine and tractor unit in real conditions of operation of machine and tractor units.
