FIELD: analytical chemistry, uninterrupted flow detection of presence of aluminium (III) and manganese (II) in solutions, for instance in soil extracts. SUBSTANCE: specimen is put into flow of ascorbic acid, then this flow is mixed up with flow of organ xylenole. Optical density of obtained flow is recorded and its value is used to evaluate summary content of aluminium (III) and manganese (II). Flow of dinatrium salt of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid is injected into flow after recording of optical density. Optical density of solution is recorded and its value is used to evaluate content of aluminium (III). EFFECT: method allows aluminium and manganese to be determined in one specimen. 1 dwg , 1 tbl
