SUBSTANCE: method involves variation of spatial coordinates of contactless optical mouse carrying optical radiation sources, determination of spatial coordinates of optical radiation sources by using optical scanning, input of spatial coordinates of contactless optical mouse into controlled entity as information. Device implementing proposed method has stationary transceiving unit 2 and contactless optical mouse easily displaced in space. Stationary transceiver unit has stationary optical radiation source 4, scanning receiving system 5, microprocessor unit 6, microprocessor-unit-to-controlled- entity interface 7.
