FIELD: automation and computer engineering, in particular, robot engineering, remote access, three-dimensional and stereo TV sets, interactive computer games. SUBSTANCE: device has contactless optical mouse, optical emitters which are located on mouse and stationary receiving-transmitting unit which has stationary source of sounding radiation, optical scanning system, signal processor and interface for connection of processor to controlled object. Contactless optical mouse has optical connection to optically isolated input of optical scanning system and stationary source of sounding radiation. Output of optical scanning system is connected to first input of signal processor. Second input-output of signal processor is connected to first input-output of interface, which second input-output is connected to input-output of controlled object. Contactless optical mouse has housing and panel which is connected to housing on hinges for rotation around two perpendicular to horizontal axes one of which is perpendicular to front plane of housing. Mass center of panel is located below connection point of horizontal rotation axes. Optical emitters are mounted on panel and spaced from each other by given distance. Panel may have cylindrical shape and is connected to housing so that its concavity is directed towards housing. Line which joins mass center of panel and intersection of horizontal rotation axes is parallel to cylinder envelopes. Optical emitters on panel are mounted in pairs along cylinder envelopes around circles of its upper and lower bases. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 11 cl, 6 dwg
