SUBSTANCE: proposed composition contains, mas.%: butadiene-styrene latex with proportion of butadiene and styrene in copolymer, 36.0-65.0 - 18.0-36.0; phosphate-ions (in terms of P2O5), 7.24-15.8; polyoxiethylated ether, 1.8-3.6; ions of aluminium ((Al3+)), 0.1-0.3; ions of magnesium ((Mg2+)), 0.22-1.1; ions of boron (in terms of B2O3)), 0.012-0.088; water, the balance. EFFECT: formation of electric insulation composition with enhanced water and moisture resistance of electric insulation coat with maintenance of its high physical and mechanical properties. 1 tbl
