FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: composition for obtaining an electroinsulating coating contains the following, wt %: phosphate ions in terms of P2O5 6.6 - 14.6, aluminium ions 0.3 - 0.71, magnesium ions 0.41 - 0.92, chrome (VI) ions 0.5-2.0, chrome (III) ions 0.5-1.5, colloidal silicon dioxide with micella diameter of 10-15 nm in terms of SiO2 9.0 - 20.0 and water of up to 100.
EFFECT: improving stability of the composition at reduction of content of chrome ions in it and obtaining an electroinsulating coating in a good marketable state, which has improved physical and mechanical and magnetic properties and high magnetic activity.
