FIELD: office machinery, in particular, clamps for fastening working or display documents, thin-sheet materials, such as films and film based documents and other printed and manuscript multiple page publications. SUBSTANCE: magnetic clamp is manufactured from thin-sheet cardboard blank with folding lines extending in parallel with blank sides. Two adjacent pairs of first and second panels are defined by first folding line. First group of parallel folding lines define small and large portions of first panel with first reference hole disposed between outer folding lines. Middle folding line defines one of axis of symmetry for first reference hole, whose second axis of symmetry defines longitudinal axis of symmetry of blank of thin-sheet cardboard. Second reference hole is made in second panel in symmetry with first reference hole relative to first folding line. Second group of folding lines defines trapezium-shaped tongue. Device for blocking first panel relative to second panel has strips of flexible organic polymeric compound containing filler of powder ferromagnetic material. Strips are spaced along blank edges. Fastening member fixed on second panel is made from double-sided adhesive tape whose upper layer is covered with protective organopolymeric film. EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified construction. 5 dwg
