SUBSTANCE: device has frame of integral construction providing circular path for wet dust removal member, working roller and drive roller, which are attached to sides of upper and lower parts of frame, first connecting member for connecting lower part of device to suction member and disconnecting it from suction member, second connecting member for connecting upper part of device to connecting pipe and disconnecting from it, wet dust removal member, which may be attached to frame surface.
