FIELD: pneumatic impact mechanisms designed for trenchless laying of underground service lines or reconstruction of old service lines. SUBSTANCE: impact-action device has housing, striker installed in housing, front and rear working chambers and air distributing system separate for each chamber. Air distributing system consists, minimum, of two parts bracket-mounted in end faces of housing which decreases probability of wedging of system parts in striker and improves reliability of operation of device as a whole. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities, improved power characteristics and manufacturability of device and its reliability. 5 cl, 4 dwg
