FIELD: mining and construction equipment designed in trenchless laying of underground service systems. SUBSTANCE: pneumatic device has percussive unit made in the form of pendulum whose percussive weight is attached on hinged suspension to bracket above driven member, percussive weight lifting unit provided with body having stepped hollow, membrane with duct for discharge of compressed air and closing outlet of smaller part of stepped hollow, and rod accommodated in body stepped hollow of percussive weight lifting unit for engagement with percussive weight through membrane. Design of percussive weight lifting unit ensures reduction of compressed air consumption due to system of air distribution. EFFECT: higher efficiency of device operation and simplified design enhancing operating reliability of device.
