FIELD: mechanical engineering; pumps and engines. SUBSTANCE: machine has housing with cylindrical bore and working medium inlet and outlet channels, stator ring installed coaxially in housing, rotor with diametric shaped slots installed eccentrically in housing and rods fitted in slots and provided with separating plates on ends installed for contact with working surface of stator ring by their contact surfaces made on peripheral sections and for radial displacement in rotor slots and forming of working chambers in stator ring. Both ends of each rod are rigidly connected with adjacent plates. Inner surface of stator ring is made in form of polyhedron coaxial with its outer surface, with number of working faces equal to number of plates. Length of faces is made to condition L > 2•E+T where L is length of working face of polyhedron; E is eccentricity of rotor relative to stator ring; T is width of contact surface of plate radial end. Each diametric slot in rotor has width exceeding thickness of separating plate, and grooves are made in both side walls of slot from periphery side lengthwise the slot in form of semi-circle in cross section. Sealing rods of the same shape and manufactured of antifriction material are installed in grooves. EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. 2 dwg
