FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in hydraulic machines, compressors and internal combustion engines. Proposed machine contains housing with cylindrical bore, outer rotor installed coaxially on rotary supports, inner rotor with end face walls installed eccentrically on rotary supports and synchronized in revolutions with outer rotor, separating plates hinge-resting on outer rotor and freely fitted in slots of joints on inner rotor. Diameter of end walls of inner rotor exceeds inner diameter of outer rotor by 2e(1.2-1.5) where e is eccentricity. Mating slots are provided on outer rotor whose width is equal to thickness of end face wall, and diameter exceeds diameter of end face walls by 2e. EFFECT: increased efficiency. 4 dwg
