FIELD: automatic and remote meteorological stations for operative measurement of precipitation intensity. SUBSTANCE: atmospheric precipitation indicator uses two identical instrument capacitors, the first of them is open, and the other is closed for free passage of precipitation through the space between the capacitor plates. The first and second instrument capacitors are cut in the circuits of the first and second movable coils of the electrodynamic ratio meters respectively. The ratiometer fixed coils via an additional fixed capacitor are connected to an AC power source that is coupled to the circuits of the ratiometer movable coils with instrument capacitors. The instrument capacitors are made in the form of sectional windings with distributed capacitance formed by two insulated conductors. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
