FIELD: electrical engineering; automatic regulating, monitoring and control facilities with unlimited angle of turn of working element. SUBSTANCE: electromagnetic motor has two twisted components mounted in electromagnet frames with cylindrical coils secured on movable plate and working element having unlimited angle of turn that contacts movable plate and also made in the form of round plate mounted in revolution supports. Shock-absorbing springs made of magnetic rubber are mounted on opposing butt-ends of electromagnets; twisted members are made in the form of two cable lengths twisted in opposite directions and secured at one end in center of movable plate on its different sides, their other end being fixed to respective shock-absorbing springs. Both plates are made of ferromagnetic material and mounted in gap between butt-ends of electromagnets in parallel to the latter; movable plate is disposed concentrically in a spaced relation within axial hole of working element plate.
