FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: hearing apparatus has body in the form of glass and its lateral size is less than that of bone section of external auditory meatus. Transducer converts acoustic oscillations into electric ones and is positioned on bottom of body. Capsule capable of moving along body is positioned inside the latter. Body bottom carries flexible member coming in contact with capsule. Body accommodates power supply source, electric oscillation amplifier, electric-to-acoustic oscillation transducer fixed to contacting member. In case of middle ear pathology contacting member touches drum membrane or preserved elements of sound conducting circuit. Acoustic energy is transmitted to internal ear through contacting member without losses due to contact between drum membrane and electric-to-acoustic oscillation transducer (no air interlayer). EFFECT: reduced acoustic amplification of apparatus; smaller overall dimensions. 3 dwg
