FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: after deepithelization of tympanic membrane and preparing meatotympanic fragment one should cover tympanic perforation with a transplant out of cartilage and perichondrium. Meatotympanic fragment should be applied to its place. Transplant is made out of cartilage with two perichondrial fragments the size of which is above that of a cartilage which corresponds tympanic perforation by its shape. Cartilage should be introduced into perforation so, that one perichondrial fragment to beat inner tympanic surface, correspondingly and another one - at external deepithelized tympanic surface. The method enables to prevent development of degenerative alterations due to improved transplant's circulation.
