FIELD: electroplating of metal objects by products based on metal or metal alloy, as well as in plants providing for application of liquid product of any other kind, such as resins or paints, onto metal or nonmetal objects. SUBSTANCE: the chamber sealing facilities include at least one solenoid-operated valve, having one multicoil winding for excitation of electromagnetic field arranged around a tubular casing and sliding along the longitudinal axis of the tubular casing, and providing for movement of the liquid coating product inside the chamber, and a magnetic core rigidly connected to the tubular casing in its axis forming a passage of the respective shape between it and internal wall of the tubular casing for passage through the chamber in the longitudinal direction. The means for control of the chamber flow rate is formed by an actuator valve built in the feed pipeline between the reservoir and chamber. At least part of the feed pipeline, between the reservoir and chamber, has a calibrated flow area. The feed control means is formed by a gas flow rate controller enclosed in the reservoir.
