FIELD: machining of metal articles. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to method determining dimensional parameters of galvanizing chamber fitted with at least one gear for sealing and/or drying on side of output of machined metal articles passed through liquid bath providing for deposition of corresponding coat on surfaces of articles housed in chamber. Preferable variant of realization presents inducing element located around output conduit of galvanizing chamber to create sliding lateral electromagnetic field variable by value in close proximity to surface of article subject to coating. This method consists in calculation or in check of following parameters: lateral geometric dimensions of galvanizing chamber, length of this chamber in axial direction, shape and dimensions of cross-sections of articles subject to coating, velocity of movement of these articles through liquid bath of given galvanizing chamber, dynamic viscosity of liquid material ensuring deposition of coat on articles, pressure of liquid material in galvanizing chamber, lateral dimensions of output conduit of galvanizing chamber, velocity of movement of sliding electromagnetic field, its intensity in liquid material in galvanizing chamber, and finally of parameters determining possible roughness of surfaces of articles subject to coating, proper conditions for which corresponding lengths duly related to flow of liquid material providing for deposition of coat on machined article in galvanizing chamber and its output conduit remain less than some critical values beyond which limits flows of liquid material turn definitely turbulent.
